Walking with a Master? Doesn’t this sound like a wonderful thing to do? It is! I’ve experienced several of these 24 hour walks (distant healings) with a Master over the past several years and it is always a wonderful thing. I’m in the middle of a 24 hour distant healing with Ganesh right now.
While it is a distant healing in the Portal, I think of it as a walk with the Master. One of my favorite poems as a young girl was “Footprints in the Sand”. Sometimes we need extra support no matter what stage of life we are at or what level of initiation we have passed. Today has felt a bit like I’m being carried at times.
During the healing (walk for me), I hold the intention of the Master in my awareness for the 24 hours and I meditate and connect with the Master as much as possible.
For this walk, I requested the Master that could most help me interrupt my patterned response to a particular person. I have been working on my relationship with this person for quite some time and after another moment of intense frustration, I realized I needed some additional help.
The healing started yesterday evening. Before sleeping, I welcomed his presence and his healing. When I woke up this morning, I was immediately aware that Ganesh was present. In my morning meditation, I connected with Ganesh and asked him what I needed to know or learn. What do I need to change for my experience with this person to shift? After my meditation, I had the awareness that I needed to change my perspective. That I needed to hold them in a different light and see that they are perfect Divine light with some reactions that they haven’t yet learned how to control. I immediately knew why Ganesh had stepped forward to help me. His story on the Portal site shares the true nature of his mask and its meaning. I realized that I simply needed to view this person with a new mask. I need to see them in a new way. Thank you Ganesh, this makes perfect sense! It also allows me to create some needed space in my interactions with this person.
I then went outside for a walk and continued my awareness of Ganesh’s presence. In my walk, he had me walk the opposite way that I usually would and on the opposite side of the road. I even found myself walking down the middle of the road and enjoying it! As someone who tends to follow the rules, I realized that he was challenging me to do things different, to shake things up and to allow the space and energy for something new. Yes! This is what I needed. In our day to day lives, we end up in the routine of life. In that routine, we can get stuck in our patterns, the things we know and the way we like to do things. For change to occur, we need to be willing to change. This has been the wonderful reminder for me today. Where can I change? Where can I do something different? Where can I take the next step that isn’t like the step before? In the small changes, we find the space and allow for healing to take place.
Ascension is this way too. Ascension requires that we balance our karma and often that requires that we make the change, that we are willing to do something different. Take a moment today and do something different than you usually do and see what happens.
Blessings as you walk through life. 🙂
